Tapton Estates Team

Sarah Siggs, Office/Lettings Manager

Sarah has over 12 years experience in property management and runs the front of our office. She has a good knowledge of the properties and the typical issues associated with a property and letting. If you have any questions she is a good point of reference. Sarah is always happy to help and offer guidance, be it a property, rent or welfare issue. Sarah is always accessible and pro-active in addressing the often complex issues of property management. Sarah will do free market appraisals for potential new landlords advising of lettability and expected rents.

Richard Butterley, Property Manager

Richard has many years experience in property management and deals with all the properties issues including repairs and refurbishments along with letting properties and giving free market appraisals for new landlords, along with Sarah. He is happy to call by for a chat at the property to discuss any issues you may have.

Michael Siggs, Accounts Manager

If you have any problems with paying your rent or deposit just pop in for a face to face chat or give him a call to work out a quick and amicable solution for both parties. Most issues can be resolved quickly and easily as long as you let us know you have a problem. The biggest problem is bouncing cheques, where a quick phone call to say can you hold it a couple of days is all it needs.
